Creator
The
creator of an
object or
script is the
user who initially created the
item. For objects, it is the user who
rezzed the
parent prim. For a
texture, it is the user who first uploaded the texture. For a script, it is the user who started from a
default script.
Modifying an existing object or script will not make the modifier the creator--even if the entire contents of the script is erased or the prim is reverted to its original
shape. However, there are ways to hide the creator related to
links and the parent-
child relationship (and there have also been
bugs that allowed the creator of an object to be changed or listed as "(no one)".
