cache
The
cache (usually in C:\Documents and Settings\<user>\Application Data\
SecondLife\cache\ on Windows-based PCs) is where Second Life stores
files downloaded from the
asset server while in a
simulator.
Some problems with the
client (crashes/freezes/hangs,
texture corruption, etc) can be solved by deleting the
cache.
