A region coordinate
describes a position
with an origin
at zero elevation in the southwest corner of the simulator
the position is in (<0,0,0>). This means that a point in simulator A may have the same vector value
as a point in simulator B, yet represent two seperate positions. See global coordinates
for more information about this ambiguity.
