Returns the torque currently being applied on a physical object.

Compare with llGetForce and llSetTorque.

Q: Is the value returned relative to the axes formed by the object's current rotation, or is it relative to the simulator's axes? The latter makes more sense. -Chris
A: If I recall properly it depends on how the torque was applied. If it was a global torque then it is returned relative to the sim's axis, otherwise it is local. Isn't that crazy? -BW
