Liaisons
Liaisons are the
Lindens' in-world support reps; the GMs (gamemaster) of
SL, if SL was a Game to Master.
Liaisons might also be thought of as a combination of babysitter and tech support rep.
Liaisons are not the best resource to go to if you're after
scripting help, as that's not their primary area of expertise. If you need scripting help, you're already at the right site.
Liaisons have a limited range of support tools: they can freeze (prevent movement and
chat)
users, suspend accounts, view some
sim statistics, etc. They cannot fix
server problems, but they can contact the
grid monkey.
