Units

SL (arguably) follows the International System of Units (SI) system for fundamental units:

Quantity Unit Abbreviation
length meter m
angle radian r
mass lindogram Lg (not kg)
time second s

Other units are combinations of these fundamental units. For instance, velocity is measured in m/s, force is in Newtons, i.e. kg-m/s², etc.

Note: energy (given by llGetEnergy) is a dimensionless constant between 0.0 and 1.0, and is not closely related to RL energy.

If you live in a country that uses other measurement units, this site can convert between furlongs, cubits, and what-have-you.
