Q: Is the value returned relative to the axes formed by the object's current rotation, or is it relative to the simulator's axes? The latter makes more sense.
A: If I recall properly it depends on how the torque was applied. If it was a global torque then it is returned relative to the sim's axis, otherwise it is local. Isn't that crazy?
