rotation llAxes2Rot(vector fwd, vector left, vector up);

Returns rotation represented by coordinate axes fwd, left, and up. These axes should be orthogonal to each other.

Seems like it's a good idea to have the vectors all be unit length too (I bet all the same (but not necessarily unit) length would also work).

Does anyone know what this function actually does?
Does it calculate the angles between the local (or by script given) and the global coordinate axes?
