Library
A library is a collection of
functions and structures, accessed by another program or
script to extend the functionality of the
calling program or script. The most important feature of any library is the
API that allows controls and access to it. Most typically, libraries writen in
LSL use
link messages as the method for implementing their APIs, though some use
chat. The
script library contains a number of libraries writen in LSL. The
Exchange features the specifications for a few APIs and protocols.
