Position
An
LSL position (also "location" or "translation") is expressed as a
vector in the form <x,y,z>. A position is a required property for any
object and usually describes the object's location in the
simulator (a
region coordinate, which is relative to the southwest corner of the sim).
Position may be expressed in
global coordinates,
region coordinates, and
local coordinates.
Position can translate into
movement.
